Humidification System

The Air Washer washes and humidifies the air without the use of evaporator mats. Special humidifier discs turn through the water, removing impurities from the air in a natural way. It is equipped with an antimicrobial protection system called ISS^® (Ionic Silver Stick).

Advanced digital Technology

• Digital control of air humidity
• Hygrostat with programmable desired humidity from 30 to 70 % and continuous use
• Reminder displays for appliance maintenance:
  – for annual ISS replacement
  – for regular appliance cleaning
  – for refilling with water when the tank is empty
• Automatic switch-off when the tank is empty and when removing the upper part of the unit
• Hygrometer as available at the push of a button when the appliance is switched off

Comfort and Climate

• Pre-ionisation gives more effective washing and humidification in rooms up to 50 m2
• Purifies the air as naturally as rain
• Humidifier discs with scoop ribs for optimal humidification (no need to buy evaporator mats)
• Removes impurities such as dust, pollen and particlebound odours from the air (ideal for allergy sufferers)

Water and Hygiene

• The Ionic Silver Stick® utilizes the antimicrobial property of silver and provides a year of optimum water quality maintenance in all AIR-O-SWISS and BONECO humidifiers. The ISS begins working as soon as it comes into contact with water - even if the unit is switched off. The ISS is exclusively for use in humidifiers.
