Control – A quality guarantee

SENS is an independent, neutral non-profit foundation.  Their purpose is to encourage private businesses to organize waste disposal solutions, ensure environmentally compatible waste disposal and optimize logistic systems. These efforts are financed through the vRG funds from pre-paid recycling fees.
In collaboration with industry, public authorities and consumers, SENS has created a national waste disposal system for household appliances; building, garden and hobby equipment; toys; and lights and lamps.
Thanks to independent control measures, quality of the waste disposal system is assured. With the SENS label manufacturers who are actively protecting the environment are recognized and they are identified as participants in the SENS waste disposal program.
